The shop
Dale writes the estimate. Cody sprays the paint.
A small rural shop, not a collision center. One owner, his son, and a short crew. People call and talk to the man who is going to fix the truck.

Dale Hurt
Dale started in his granddad’s barn, pulling dents and learning which panels you can save. He built this metal shop in 1996, out Elk Spring Valley Road, and he is still the one who meets you in the lot. He is known around Wayne County as the GM guy, because the lot is mostly Silverados and Sierras, but he will fix the Ford too.
Call the shop and you get the shop. Not a scheduler in another state.
Cody Hurt
Cody runs the paint booth. He suits up, masks the car, and sprays a panel so it can sit in Kentucky sun next to the original paint. If a blend is the only way the color will hide, he would rather do the blend than hand you a door that flashes a different shade.

The bays
Concrete floor, a lift, rolling tool chests, and a frame machine when a truck comes in crooked. The paint booth is in the back. Roll-up doors face the gravel lot and the hardwood hills.
